Grace & Jordan
Every single detail of Grace and Jordan's wedding day was lovingly and creatively inspired, and photographing it was a thrill! Grace's family church in Cordova, Nebraska, provided a beautiful backdrop for the couples' ceremony. Afterward, the couple bade farewell to guests (at least until the reception!) in the bride's father's vintage Cadillac.
Grace's homage to Jordan's home on the Washington Coast culminated in fresh lavender bouquets for her bridesmaids and boutonnières for Jordan and his groomsmen. She even included sprays of lavender in one side of her bouquet—so beautiful and thoughtful! But that sums up Grace and Jordan's relationship... kind, thoughtful, and true.
Grace and Jordan and their parents hosted family and friends at York Country Club in York, Nebraska, shortly after their ceremony. In between the getaway from the church to the reception, the bridal party stopped for a brief celebration at the bride and groom's new home—complete with a miniature Oktoberfest celebration and bridal portraits in the lawn.
Once we arrived at York Country Club, we chased the light to take a few more outdoor photos. This beautiful location was glowing in the autumn light, and the golden leaves provided a lovely backdrop for formal portraits with both bride and groom. Soon after, the party began! The toasts and speeches from family and friends were remarkable, and it made me fall in love with this sweet couple and their families even more.
